Preferred Contact Method

Your appointment request has been received. The office will contact you to confirm a time.

The request could not be sent at this time. Please call the office at (909) 572-8236.

The form carries text only. Photos of the problem can be emailed to contact@southfullertonplumbing.com once the request has been sent.

Once the Request Is Sent

The office reads each request and replies by the contact method chosen, to confirm the details and arrange an appointment. A clear description and a photo or two let the plumber arrive with the right parts, and the time on site goes to the repair rather than to finding the problem.

Homes, Rentals and Businesses

Requests come from homeowners, landlords and tenants, and from the owners and managers of small commercial buildings. For a rental unit, name the owner or manager who authorizes the work and give the tenant’s contact details, so the appointment can be arranged with the person who will open the door. For a restaurant, shop or office, mention the hours when the work would least disturb customers and the name of the person on site.

The service address and city on the form confirm that the property is in Fullerton, Placentia, Brea or La Habra. The type of service and the urgency help the office decide what the first visit needs; when the problem does not fit a category, choose Not Sure Yet and describe it in the box.

What a Useful Request Includes

What should the description include?

Where the water shows up or which drains are slow, when it started, whether it is getting worse, and any odd sounds from the pipes. For a water heater, the make and the age on the rating label. For a rental, who owns or manages the property.

How are photos sent?

The form takes text only. Photos of the problem, the fixture and its connections can be emailed to contact@southfullertonplumbing.com after the request is sent, with the name used on the request.

What if the problem is urgent?

For water that is spreading or sewage backing up, call the office rather than waiting on the form, and follow the first steps on the Emergency Plumbing page.

Should anything be prepared before the visit?

Clear the space under the sink, around the water heater or in front of the cleanout so the work can be reached, and make sure the main water shutoff is easy to get to.
